The cap worked once and then it would not work after that. I am still waiting for a refund. I tried contacting you and you never responded. I want my money back.
The 850nm setting is not working. Lights are very dim (not visible). I wrote an email to get a replacement but have no reply as of yet.
It’s a bit hard to change the settings, perhaps because the top of the control box is tend to come up at the bottom end.
It was portable and it can be used on many oarts of the body
functional, the cover of the power box is not secure, had to place tape on it to secure it to the remainder of the box. the on/off button is difficult to activate, have to retry several time to turn on. works well otherwise on knee or shoulder.
It is working 👍, showing results on scar tissue. Using 25 minutes am & 25 minutes pm daily for 1 week. Very pleased. Shipping was ok and I'm glad to have ordered the AstarexinRed Light Therapy Pad.

I have tried to use it daily and noticed that it seems to be helping some with my Lymphedema swelling. Also, I was having some skin issue on the back of my ankle from the swelling and it has definitely improved it a lot.

Look, I just bought this on the chance it might do something for me and also to test whether it may help my son who has a degenerative neurological disease. So I thought if this shows any kind of result, then I will get him a targeted device for his legs. Anyway, my 30 Y O daughter wrenched her back and used this on her lower back - she said, “Well it feels good, it’s warm on my back.” And despite her skepticism, she was so much better than expected the next day, with almost no pain remaining. So I actually have been using this on the front of my body incl my face daily, 25 minutes. I wasn’t sure it was doing anything at all but it felt good. Well, my brother, who is stingy with compliments said to me, “IDK what you’re doing but your skin looks really good.” I am 67 Y O and fair-skinned with some dark discolorations and wrinkles. So I don’t see my brother often but for someone to notice a difference, I am sold. This device was much larger with more lights on it than any other in same price category - that is, it is less than one USA Dr visit so I am glad I tried it and looking to help another brother now with skin issues on his legs due to cardiovascular problems.
